Exchange and return of non-conforming goods 

According to Consumer Right Protection Law of RF you can return the non-conforming goods within 7 calendar days in the case of the following mandatory conditions: goods with preserved product appearance and undamaged packaging.

Return and replacement of damaged goods

Warranty period for all goods is set by the manufacturing plant and is stipulated in all documents/ warranty documents. The manufacturer is liable for product warranty.

Warranty for wheels is 12 months.
Warranty for tires is according to the warranty of the manufacturing plant.

Warranty for goods is valid only if service instructions are observed.

In case of warranty claim:

1. Fill in the claim and send it via email sales@overload.ru. Time period for its consideration, return/ replacement is 45 calendar days.

In some cases examination of the non-conforming goods is needed.

2. Send the goods for return or examination.

3. Once the investigation is completed, receive the purchase amount for return of non-conforming goods or the goods if it is non-warranty case.

! If non-warranty case delivery of goods for examination and additional delivery to the Buyer is paid by the Buyer.
